How do I know when or if I need a personal trainer?
Personal training can be beneficial to anyone, from the novice who needs advice about form, motivation, and nutrition, to the professional athlete looking to improve performance.

How much does it cost to train with a personal trainer?
Personal training at Real Fitness Trainers is very affordable; only $50.00 per session. Our clients pay in 10 sessions increments and we DO NOT require a contract. Our clients have stayed for years because they are pleased with their results.

How long are the sessions?
Most clients can train for one hour, and our boot camp sessions last 45 minutes.

How do I decide which trainer is best for me?

I am interested in attending the boot camp, but I don't think that I am strong enough. What are my options?


Although every boot camp has beginners, we will suggest that some clients get some individual training prior to attending a boot camp; to address issue(s) that may hinder sucessful participation in boot camp.

How is my success measured?
Clients that train with us, or perhaps attend our boot camps see results in many ways. Some of them include:
- Weight loss
- Increased muscle tone
- Loss of inches
- Greater strength, stamina, and flexibility
- Improved stamina, and cardio health
- Better sleep, energy, self esteem, athletics, job, and sexual performance
We record body fat percentage, and body measurements at regular intervals in our programs!


I have bad eating habits; can you help with my nutrition?
We give all of our personal training and boot camp clients a food log to fill out and later return to us. In accordance to this documentation, we help you build a customized nutrional program that augments with our directed exercise programs; to bring you to your goals. This is included in your cost of boot camp and personal training.


Do I have to join the gym in order to use your services? There are no extra sign up costs at Real Fitness Trainers.


Are there contracts?
We do not require long term contracts. Our clients stay with us because they get results, and they enjoy the process.

What if I miss a training session or boot camp?
For personal training, we work with your schedule. Many of our clients travel with work and family, so we have to accommodate your schedule. We would like as much notice as possible when you do reschedule. For boot camp sessions run 4 week periods.
